We have completed numerous large projects, ranging from roof replacements to full-scale rehabilitations.

Specific examples of completed projects include:a total rehab of two building comple that included renovations such as new plumbing, wiring, roof system, major foundation work, new kitchen and baths, windows and doors, adding staff office, new HVAC units, termite and flooring issues.

Other projects include, numerous upgrades to newly purchased property, upgrading of wiring in all existing properties, upgrading existing bathrooms, kitchens, plumbing, HVAC, cosmetic upgrades, and many other projects.

Recently, we completed major interior renovations to MHRS owned building at 107 Oregonia Road, which consisted of 3000 square feet of office and kitchen space. In addition, new installations of windows, siding, and landscaping were completed on the exterior of the building.
